After February 5, 2018, On-Site Registration is only available at the Registration Desk during the meeting.
We would appreciate your cooperation to register as early as possible.

Advance Registration

Please download and fill out the Registration Form, and send it to the ISMS2018 Secretariat* by e-mail (isms2018@jtbcom.co.jp) no later than February 5, 2018 (JST).
*ISMS2018 Secretariat will handle the registration of oversea participants for 138th Annual Meeting of the Pharmaceutical Society of Japan.

The Advance Registration Fee will be collected in CASH in Japanese yen at the Registration Desk on-site.

Registration Desk

On-site Registration will be available at the Registration Desk, Kanazawa Art Hall, through the duration of the meeting.

General Information

【Name Badge】

Upon registration, all participants will receive a Name Badge, which acts as your entrance ticket for the meeting.
Please sign your name on the badge, which must be worn visibly for the entire duration of the meeting.

【Message Board】

A Message Board will be placed near the General Information Desk. Participants can exchange messages through the board.

【Camera, Mobile Phone, and Video Recording Policies】

Attendees may not take photos or video of speakers presenting or their slides.
