Advance Registration
Please download and fill out the Registration Form, and send it to the ISMS2018 Secretariat* by e-mail (isms2018@jtbcom.co.jp) no later than February 5, 2018 (JST).*ISMS2018 Secretariat will handle the registration of oversea participants for 138th Annual Meeting of the Pharmaceutical Society of Japan.
The Advance Registration Fee will be collected in CASH in Japanese yen at the Registration Desk on-site.

On-site Registration will be available at the Registration Desk, Kanazawa Art Hall, through the duration of the meeting.Registration Fee includes:
- Admission to all Scientific Sessions

【Name Badge】
Upon registration, all participants will receive a Name Badge, which acts as your entrance ticket for the meeting.Please sign your name on the badge, which must be worn visibly for the entire duration of the meeting.
