• *  Undergraduate students will be required to present their student ID or student certificate letter at the Registration Desk onsite.
• ** Banquet will be held on March 28 at Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu.

■ Registration Desk

Registration will be available at the registration desk, located on 2nd Floor of Conference Center of Pacifico Yokohama, through the duration of the meeting.

■ General Information

【Name badge】

Upon registration all participants will receive a name badge, which must be worn visibly for the entire duration of the meeting. Your name badge acts as your entrance ticket for the meeting.

【Message board】

A message board will be placed near the General Information Desk. Participants can exchange messages through the board.

【Camera, Mobile Phone, and Video Recording Policies】

Attendees may not take photos or video of speakers presenting or their slides.
